In-stock saunas typically ship within [X business days], and freight delivery takes [X to X business days] depending on your location. You will get tracking details by email once your order ships.
Yes. Every sauna ships free by freight, delivered to your curb.
Yes. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window, and someone needs to be there to receive and inspect the shipment.
Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing, take photos, and text or email our team within [48 hours]. We will make it right.
Setup
Yes. Indoor models arrive in panels with pre-installed clips and no tools needed. Most setups take under 30 minutes with two people.
Exact dimensions for each model and size are listed on the product page. We recommend leaving a few inches of clearance around the sauna for airflow.
Outdoor models need a flat, level, solid base such as a concrete pad or sturdy deck. See the Site Prep Guide in the Oasis guides above for details.
Electrical
Each model and size lists its exact electrical requirement on its product page and in the guides above.
The Eclipse 1 and 2 Person use a 110V / 15A dedicated circuit. The Mojave uses a 110V / 20A dedicated circuit. The Eclipse 3 Person needs a 220V / 20A dedicated circuit.
If you do not already have the right dedicated outlet where the sauna will go, we recommend having a licensed electrician install one before delivery.
Warranty
Every SweatLabs sauna includes a 5-year warranty covering [heaters, wood and structure, and electrical components] under normal use.

Yes. Business orders can add an optional 5-year commercial warranty per unit, built for daily, high-traffic use.
Trial and Returns
Use your sauna for up to 30 days after it arrives. If it is not the right fit, contact our team within that window to start a return.

Using Your Sauna
SweatLabs saunas reach temperatures up to 150°F, with full spectrum infrared heat that warms your body directly rather than just the air.
Many people start with 15 to 20 minute sessions and adjust from there. If you have a medical condition or are pregnant, check with your doctor before using a sauna.
Wipe down benches and the floor with a dry or slightly damp cloth after use, sit on a towel, and avoid harsh chemicals on the wood.
