SweatLabs Protection Plan
Overview
SweatLabs provides a five year protection plan for all saunas purchased directly from SweatLabs or authorized partners. This policy is designed to give customers confidence in the long term performance, safety, and durability of their sauna. The protection plan covers manufacturing defects, component failures, and workmanship issues that may arise during normal residential use.

The protection plan applies to the following areas:
Structural Components

• Door and window glass integrity
• Roof and base stability
Electrical and Heating Systems
• Infrared heating panels
• Control panels and internal wiring

What is Not Covered
This plan does not apply to issues resulting from:
• Misuse, neglect, or improper installation
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Commercial use unless a commercial warranty was purchased
• Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance
• Damage caused by freight carriers, third party installers, or environmental exposure not consistent with recommended placement
Any damage outside the scope of the protection plan may still be reviewed on a case by case basis for potential paid repair options at the discretion of SweatLabs.
Customer Responsibilities
To maintain the validity of this plan, customers must:
• Install and operate the sauna in accordance with the provided manual
• Ensure the sauna is kept in a suitable indoor environment and maintained as recommended
• Retain proof of purchase for any warranty claim
Failure to follow installation or operating instructions may limit coverage under this policy.
Claim Process
If a customer experiences an issue with their sauna, they must contact SweatLabs directly to initiate a claim. Claims must be submitted by email to hello@sweatlabs.co and should include:
• Customer name and contact information
• Order number or proof of purchase
• Description of the issue
• Photos or videos when applicable
Once the claim is received, the SweatLabs support team will review the information and determine the appropriate next steps. These may include troubleshooting guidance, replacement parts, repair services, or a product replacement when warranted.
Resolution and Support
SweatLabs will provide resolutions based on the nature of the issue and product eligibility under this protection plan. Approved claims may result in:
• Shipment of replacement components
• Coordination of repair services
• Full replacement of the sauna when repair is not feasible
SweatLabs covers the cost of approved replacement parts and materials. Shipping or service fees may apply in certain circumstances based on location or nature of the claim. These will be communicated clearly prior to any work being completed.
Limitations of Liability
The protection plan is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless explicitly authorized by SweatLabs. Liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components as described in this policy. SweatLabs is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages that may accompany a product issue.
Commitment to Quality
SweatLabs is dedicated to designing and producing saunas that deliver long term wellness benefits. The five year protection plan reflects this commitment and provides an added layer of comfort and confidence for customers investing in their health.
